Quanta reads the data your Apple Watch records. It never writes to Health.
Who can read it
Your data is stored in your private account and encrypted in transit. Only you and the private link you create can read your data. We don’t read it.
Once a link is used, that provider’s terms govern what its assistant does with what it reads.
What you can undo
Reset the link at any time and it stops working immediately. Delete your account and every synced record goes with it. Your Apple Health data on this iPhone is not affected.
