How do I connect an AI assistant?
In Quanta, open Connect an assistant and tap Create your private link. On claude.ai go to Settings → Connectors, add a custom connector, paste your link and save. Then ask about your vitals. Anyone with this link can read your health data, so treat it like a password.
My data isn't syncing.
Sync runs on its own: when you open the app, every 15 minutes while it’s open, and in the background roughly once an hour. iOS decides when background tasks actually run, so a sync can be delayed on low battery, without a connection, or while your phone is locked. If nothing has arrived for a while, open the app and check Settings → Health permissions.
How do I reset my private link?
Connect an assistant → Reset link. The old link stops working immediately, and you’ll need to paste the new one into your assistant again.
Can I sync data from before I installed Quanta?
Yes. Settings → Re-sync all history sends your history again from this iPhone. It’s safe to repeat: the server replaces records rather than duplicating them.
How do I delete my account and my data?
Settings → Delete account and data. It removes your account, every synced record and your private link. Your Apple Health data on this iPhone is not affected.
What exactly does Quanta read?
Heart, breathing and fitness, activity, workouts, body, sleep, mindfulness and environment data from Apple Health. Quanta only reads — it never writes to Health. The short explainer covers the shape of it, and the privacy policy lists every type.
How do I sign in?
With Apple, with Google, or with an email address and password.
Does Quanta give medical advice?
No. Quanta and your AI assistant don’t provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Talk to a qualified health professional about any health concern. If you think you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.
